Only 79,000 tickets will be printed. 101 Early Bird and 158 Main Draw prizes for a total of 259 prizes to be awarded. Tickets are not tax deductible.
The odds of winning will depend on the number of tickets sold. All inquiries, if any, on the “odds of winning” are to be made to the licensee prior to the purchase of a ticket.
The total combined value of all prizes is CDN $1,021,045.99.
All winning tickets will be drawn publicly at the Brentwood Recovery Home at 2335 Dougall Ave.
Purchase Price of Tickets:
Single Ticket (one) $50.00 CDN (Fifty Canadian Dollars) or 3 Tickets (Three) for $100.00 CDN (One Hundred Canadian Dollars).
Early Bird Draw
101 draws commencing December 9, 2021 @ 1:00 pm and continuing until all winning tickets have been drawn.
To be eligible for the draw, tickets must be purchased by midnight November 22, 2021. All Early Bird tickets will be included in main draw.
Final (Main) Draw
158 draws commencing January 15, 2022 @ 12:noon continuing until all winning tickets have been drawn. To be eligible for the draw, tickets must be purchased by midnight December 31, 2021.
The Lottery Draw sequence is set out on the back of all tickets.
After each ticket stub is drawn, a photocopy is made of the stub (including ticket number), the draw sequence number and prize is recorded; and then the unaltered stub is returned to the ticket drum for all remaining draws in the lottery.
The drum shall be rotated a minimum of 3 times after each stub is drawn.

Winners of vehicle prizes will be given the option of accepting the 2022 model year vehicles “as awarded” or take the cash option as follows: 2022 Chrysler Pacifica or $47,000, 2022 Chevrolet Silverado or $45,000, 2022 Ford Bronco or $34,000.
Winners will be required to sign a declaration as to which option they will take. Due to COVID related production delays, if chosen, the awarding of the vehicles may be delayed. Winner of the Grand Prize Dream Home will have the option of accepting the home as awarded or $600,000 cash in its place.
Brentwood Lottery ticket prizes must be accepted as awarded.
All prizes must be claimed within one year of the draw.
All Prizes will be awarded free and clear of any mortgage, lien or other encumbrances.
Prizes may not be exactly as shown in the advertising materials.
The list of winning numbers will be published in the Windsor Star: Early Bird December 15, 2021, Main Draw January 19, 2022; all winning numbers will be posted at www.brentwoodlottery.com and at the Brentwood Recovery Home.
All winners will be notified by phone, mail or in person and given complete instructions on how to redeem their winning prize(s).
By purchasing a Brentwood Lottery ticket, winners agree to the use of their name and likeness for publicity purposes by the Brentwood Lottery.
Winners of automobiles are responsible for arranging, paying for, and showing proof of vehicle licencing and liability insurance before the prize may be claimed.
The winner of the Home is responsible for arranging, paying for, and showing proof of liability insurance before the title is transferred to their name.
The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
Ticket purchasers must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a person less than 18 years of age.
Tickets must be both sold and purchased in the Province of Ontario. While physically in Ontario, residents of other countries or provinces may purchase raffle tickets sold under a licence issued in Ontario.
Postdated cheques cannot be accepted as payment for the purchase of tickets.
The licencee shall validate all tickets submitted for the draw; under no circumstances will unpaid or ineligible tickets be entered into the draw. Charitable registration number is 11885 0130 RR0001.

The following persons are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the Brentwood Home, Auto and Cash Lottery XXX (Pursuant to AGCO Regulations): Brentwood Board of Directors, employees of Charity House (Windsor) o/a Brentwood Recovery Home, employees of Roth Mosey & Partners LLP including their immediate families living at the same residence.
All 3-pack tickets must contain the same name and mailing address on each ticket stub. Prize(s) will be awarded to the Ticket Holder named on the ticket stub.
In the case of shared tickets, it will be the responsibility of the Ticket Holder to allocate the prize as necessary.
