Brentwood Lottery General Rules

Only 99,000 tickets will be available. A total of 15 Early Bird and 11 Grand Prize draws for a total of 26 prizes are to be awarded. Tickets are not tax deductible.

The odds of winning will depend on the number of tickets sold. All inquiries, if any, on the “odds of winning” are to be made to the licensee prior to the purchase of a ticket.

The total combined value of all prizes is CDN $499,740.

The raffle will take place online beginning October 1, 2025 at 9 am.

Tickets will be sold online using an electronic raffle system (ERS) approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operated by charitable gaming supplier Raffle Nexus.

Tickets will also be sold in-person at the Brentwood Lottery Office and at various ticket sale locations across Windsor & Essex County. In-person tickets will be sold using hand-held point of sale terminals provided by Raffle Nexus. Ticket purchasers will receive a printout of their tickets and will also receive an email confirmation.

Tickets may be sold by affiliate sellers. Affiliate sellers can be individuals and/or businesses that are issued marketing materials and unique web links or QR codes to link ticket purchasers to the online ticket sale site. These sales will be tracked and logged by the lottery platform provided by Raffle Nexus.

The draws are conducted using an electronic raffle system (ERS) approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and provided by approved charitable gaming supplier Raffle Nexus. All winning tickets are determined by a random number generator software integral to the ERS. A neutral third party (that is, a person who has not purchased a ticket) will initiate the draw sequence using the ERS dashboard.

Early Bird Draws

15 Early Bird draws in total will be conducted.

  • Draw 1Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive $1,000 cash.
  • Draw 2Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive $1,000 cash.
  • Draw 3Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive $1,000 cash.
  • Draw 4Friday, October 31, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude or a cash payout in lieu of the prize for $58,308.
  • Draw 5Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive $2,500 cash.
  • Draw 6Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive $2,500 cash.
  • Draw 7Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive $2,500 cash.
  • Draw 8Friday, November 21, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive an Apple Pro Tech Prize Package or a cash payout in lieu of the prize for $6,487.
  • Draw 9Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive $2,500 cash.
  • Draw 10Wednesday, December 3. 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive $5,000 cash.
  • Draw 11Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive $5,000 cash.
  • Draw 12Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive $5,000 cash.
  • Draw 13Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive $25,000 cash.
  • Draw 14Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive $10,000 cash.
  • Draw 15Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at approximately 10 am. One winner will receive $5,000 cash.

To be eligible for an Early Bird draw, tickets must be purchased by 11:59 pm the day before the respective draw. Each Early Bird ticket will be included in all remaining draws, including the Grand Prize draws.

Grand Prize Draws

11 Grand Prize draws will take place on Saturday January 10, 2026 at approximately 1:00pm, at Brentwood Recovery Home, located at 2335 Dougall Avenue, Windsor ON, N8X 1S9.

  • Draw 1 – One winner will receive $500 cash.
  • Draw 2 – One winner will receive $1,000 cash.
  • Draw 3 – One winner will receive $1,000 cash.
  • Draw 4 – One winner will receive $2,500 cash.
  • Draw 5 – One winner will receive $10,000 cash.
  • Draw 6 – One winner will receive $10,000 cash.
  • Draw 7 – One winner will receive $15,000 cash.
  • Draw 8 – One winner will receive $25,000 cash.
  • Draw 9 – One winner will receive a Vacation Prize Package Travel Voucher valued at $25,000 + 10,000 cash or a cash payout in lieu of the prize for $28,000.
  • Draw 10 – One winner will receive $50,000.
  • Draw 11 – One winner will receive the Grand Prize Jackpot Toy Package consisting of:
    • A 2026 GMC Yukon 4WD Elevation
    • A 2026 235 BHX Transcend Xplor Travel Trailer
    • A 2025 Sea Doo GTX 230 with 2024 Triton Aluminum Trailer
    • $10,000 cash
    • OR, a cash payout in lieu of the toy package for $160,000

To be eligible for the final grand prize draws, tickets must be purchased by 11:59 pm December 31, 2025.

Winners of prize packages will be given the option of accepting the advertised prize package “as awarded” or take the cash payout option. All cash prizes will be awarded by cheque.
Brentwood Lottery ticket prizes must be accepted as awarded.

All prizes must be claimed within six months of the draw.

Prizes may not be exactly as shown in the advertising materials.

All winners will be notified by phone or email and given complete instructions on how to redeem their winning prize(s).

Ticket purchaser must be in the Province of Ontario and at least 18 years of age at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of persons under 18 years of age. On-line purchasers may be required to activate the location app on their device for geo-location verification.

After buying, on-line patrons will be provided a confirmation email with their registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.

Winners of vehicles are responsible for arranging, paying for, and showing proof of vehicle licensing and liability insurance before the prize may be claimed.

The winner of the Vacation Package will be awarded a Travel Voucher for the prize value of $25,000 for travel plus $10,000 cash. The prize winner is responsible for contacting YQGTravel to book all travel arrangements. The $25,000 travel voucher can be used for flights and hotels. The Brentwood Lottery, Brentwood Recovery Home or YQGTravel are not responsible for travel cancellation or disruptions.

Pursuant to AGCO Regulations the following individuals, including their immediate families living at the same residence are prohibited from purchasing a ticket and are not eligible to win. Brentwood Board of Directors, employees of Charity House (Windsor) o/a Brentwood Recovery Home, employees of Roth Mosey & Partners, LLP., employees of Raffle Nexus.

The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet. By purchasing tickets, winners agree to the use of their name and likeness without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

Once the winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will receive their prize. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.

If no winner comes forward, any prizes which are not claimed will be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. After that time has elapsed the cash payout value of the prize will be donated to a charity other than Charity House (Windsor) o/a Brentwood Recovery Home with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

In the unlikely event that the draw is postponed due to technical difficulty, power interruption, emergency or other unforeseen event, the Brentwood Recovery Home will conduct the draw and announce the winner at the earliest possible opportunity after the situation as been remedied.

The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

Cheques cannot be accepted as payment for the purchase of tickets.

Personal information provided by purchaser is used solely by The Brentwood Recovery Home & Lottery.

Any changes to the license will require the prior approval of the AGCO.

Prize(s) will be awarded to the Ticket Holder named on the ticket. In the case of shared tickets, it will be the responsibility of the Ticket Holder to allocate the prize as necessary. Brentwood Recovery Home and the Brentwood Lottery will not mediate any disputes resulting from shared prizes.

50/50 Draw Rules

The amount of the 50/50 prize will be determined based on the number and value of tickets purchased. The winner receives a minimum of 50% of the total dollars of the 50/50 Raffle ticket sales.

All tickets purchased between 9:00 am October 1, 2025 and at or before 11:59 pm December 31, 2025, will be entered into the 50/50 draw.

The grand prize draw will take place on Saturday January 10, 2026 at approximately 10:00 am. Winner’s will be announced at a live event on the same day at 1 pm.
