Brentwood Lottery General Rules

Only 99,000 tickets will be available. A total of 90 Early Bird and 22 Main Draw prizes for a total of 112 prizes to be awarded. Tickets are not tax deductible.

The odds of winning will depend on the number of tickets sold. All inquiries, if any, on the “odds of winning” are to be made to the licensee prior to the purchase of a ticket.

The total combined value of all prizes is CDN $1,099,885.00.

The draws are conducted using an electronic raffle system (ERS) approved by the AGCO and provided by Rafflebox Technologies Inc. All winning tickets are determined by a random number generator software integral to eh ERS.  A neutral third party (that is, a person who has not purchased a ticket) will initiate the draw sequence using the ERS dashboard.

Purchase Price of Tickets:
Single Ticket (one) $50.00 CDN (Fifty Canadian Dollars) or 3 Tickets (Three) for $100.00 CDN (One Hundred Canadian Dollars) or 10 Tickets (Ten) for $250.00

Early Bird Draws

3 Early Bird Draws in total will be conducted. To be eligible for an Early Bird draw, tickets must be purchased by 11:59 pm the day before the respective draw. Each Early Bird ticket will be included in any remaining draws, including the Main Draw.

Friday November 3, 2023 at approximately 10:00 am

    • Draw 1: Winner will receive $25,000
    • Draw 2-30: Winners will receive 3pk of Brentwood Lottery 32 Tickets (Value $100 CAD)

Friday December 1, 2023 at approximately 10:00 am

    • Draw 1: Winner will receive $25,000

Friday December 22, 2023 at approximately 10:00 am

    • Draw 1: Winner will receive $25,000
    • Draw 2: Winner will receive $25,000
    • Draw 3-30: Winners will receive 3pk of Brentwood Lottery 32 Tickets (Value $100 CAD)

Final (Main) Draw

22 draws will be conducted on January 13, 2024 at approximately 1 pm.

  • Draw 1 – 6: Winners will receive $500 each
  • Draw 7 – 14: Winners will receive $1,000 each
  • Draw 15 & 16: Winners will receive $5,000 each
  • Draw 17: Winner will receive $10,000
  • Draw 18: Winner will receive $25,000
  • Draw 19: Winner will receive their choice of a 2024 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss or $48,974 cash
  • Draw 20: Winner will receive their choice of a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sport or $51,436 cash
  • Draw 21: Winner will receive their choice of a 2024 Ford Mustang GT or $44,472 cash
  • Draw 22: Winner will receive the 50/50 Jackpot (amount TBD once ticket sales have ended)
  • Draw 23: Winner will receive the Grand Prize Dream Home

To be eligible for the final (main) draw, tickets must be purchased by 11:59 pm December 31, 2023.

Winners of vehicle prizes will be given the option of accepting the vehicles “as awarded” or take the cash option as follows: 2024 Chevy Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss or $48,974, 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sport or $51,436 and 2024 Ford Mustang GT or $44,472. Winners will be required to sign a declaration as to which option they will take. Due to production delays, if chosen, the awarding of the vehicles may be delayed.

Winner of the Grand Prize Dream Home will not have the option of a cash pay out and must take the prize as awarded.

Brentwood Lottery ticket prizes must be accepted as awarded.

All prizes must be claimed within one year of the draw.

All Prizes will be awarded free and clear of any mortgage, lien or other encumbrances.

Prizes may not be exactly as shown in the advertising materials.

All winners will be notified by phone or email and given complete instructions on how to redeem their winning prize(s).

By purchasing a Brentwood Lottery ticket, winners agree to the use of their name and likeness for publicity purposes by the Brentwood Lottery.

Winners of automobiles are responsible for arranging, paying for, and showing proof of vehicle licencing and liability insurance before the prize may be claimed.

The winner of the Home is responsible for arranging, paying for, and showing proof of liability insurance before the title is transferred to their name.

The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.

Ticket purchasers must be in the Province of Ontario and a minimum of 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a person less than 18 years of age.

Cheques cannot be accepted as payment for the purchase of tickets.

Charitable registration number is 11885 0130 RR0001.

Personal information provided by purchaser is used solely by The Brentwood Recovery Home & Lottery.

The following persons and any immediate family members, of the above, living at the same residence are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the Brentwood Dream Home Lottery XXXII (Pursuant to AGCO Regulations): Brentwood Board of Directors, employees of Charity House (Windsor) o/a Brentwood Recovery Home, employees of Roth Mosey & Partners LLP and employees of Rafflebox Technologies Inc.

Prize(s) will be awarded to the Ticket Holder named on the ticket stub. In the case of shared tickets, it will be the responsibility of the Ticket Holder to allocate the prize as necessary.

50/50 Draw Rules

The raffle will take place online beginning October 1, 2023 at 9 am.

Ticket prices are: 3 for $5, 10 for $10, 50 for $20, 200 for $50

Tickets will be sold online using an electronic raffle system (ERS) approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operated by charitable gaming supplier Rafflebox Technologies Inc.

The draw will be conducted using an electronic raffle system (ERS) approved by the AGCO and provided by Rafflebox Technologies Inc. The winning ticket will be selected by a random number generator software integral to the ERS from all lottery numbers sold for the draw. A neutral third party (that is, a person who has not purchased a ticket) will initiate the draw sequence using the ERS dashboard.

Ticket purchaser must be in the Province of Ontario and at least 18 years of age at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of persons under 18 years of age. On-line purchasers may be required to activate the location app on their device for geo-location verification.

After buying, on-line patrons will be provided a confirmation email with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.

The amount of the 50/50 prize will be determined based on the number and value of tickets purchased. The winner receives a minimum of 50% of the total dollars of the 50/50 Raffle ticket sales.

Pursuant to AGCO Regulations the following individuals including their immediate families living at the same residence are prohibited from purchasing a ticket and are not eligible to win. Brentwood Board of Directors, employees of Charity House (Windsor) o/a Brentwood Recovery Home, employees of Roth Mosey & Partners, LLP., and employees of Rafflebox Technologies Inc.

All tickets purchased between 9:00 am October 1, 2023 and at or before 11:59pm December 31, 2023, will be entered into the 50/50 draw.

The grand prize draw will take place on Saturday January 13, 2024 at approximately 1:00 pm.

The winner will be notified by phone or email and provided instructions on how to claim their prize.

The winner may claim their prize by contacting the Brentwood Recovery Home at 519-255-1002 (Toll Free 1-800-561-3044) or email at BRH5050@brentwoodrecovery.com.

The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.

The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet. By purchasing tickets for the BRH 50/50 Electronic Raffle, winners agree to the use of their name and likeness without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

Once the winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is a minimum of 50% of the total sales for the draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.

In the event that no winner comes forward, the funds from the Grand Prize Jackpot will be held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be donated to a charity other than Charity House (Windsor) o/a Brentwood Recovery Home with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

In the unlikely event that the draw is postponed due to technical difficulty, power interruption, emergency or other unforeseen event, the Brentwood Recovery Home will conduct the draw and announce the winner at the earliest possible opportunity after the situation as been remedied.
