- Only 39,000 tickets will be printed, for a total of 117 prizes to be awarded.
- Tickets are not tax deductible.
- The odds of winning will depend on the number of tickets sold.
- All inquires, if any, on the "odds of winning" are to be made to the licensee prior to the purchase of a ticket.
- The total combined value of all prizes is $445,608.02 CDN.
- All winning tickets will be drawn publicly at the Brentwood Recovery Home at 2335 Dougall Ave. Windsor, ON beginning at 11 a.m. on Sunday, January 9th, 2011 and continuing until all winning tickets (117) have been drawn.
- To be eligible for the draw, tickets must be purchased by midnight December 31st. 2010.
- The lottery draw sequence is set out on the back of all tickets and all print advertising.
- After each ticket stub is drawn, a photocopy is made of the stub (including ticket number), the number and prize is recorded; and then the unaltered stub is returned to the ticket drum for all remaining draws in the lottery.
- Prizes must be accepted as awarded and must be claimed within one year of the draw.
- All prizes will be awarded free and clear of any mortgage, lien or other encumbrances.
- Prizes may not be exactly as shown in the advertising materials.
- The list of winning numbers will be published in the Windsor Star on Saturday, January 15th 2011 and the numbers will also be posted at www.brentwoodlottery.com, the Brentwood Recovery Home, all winners will be notified by phone or mail and given complete instructions on how to redeem their winning prize(s).
- Winners must agree to the use of their name and likeness for publicity purposes by the Brentwood Lottery.
- Winners of automobiles are responsible for arranging paying for, and showing proof of vehicle licensing and liability insurance on the vehicle before the prize may be claimed.
- The winner of the home is responsible for arranging, paying for, and showing proof of liability insurance before the title is transferred to their name.
- The winner of the home shall only be responsible for any personal legal costs such as a title search if they so desire.
- The total value of the Vacation prize is CDN$5000. It includes a Certificate with a value of CDN $4,000 that will be honored by Carlson Wagonlit and a CDN$1,000 cash prize. The Vacation trip may orginate anywhere in Ontario.
- The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
- Ticket purchasers must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Tickets must be both sold and purchased in the province of Ontario and are intended for Ontario residents only.
- Postdated cheques cannot be accepted as payment for the purchase of tickets.
- The licencee shall validate all tickets submitted for the draw, under no circumstances will unpaid or ineligible tickets be entered into the draw.
- Charitable registration number is 11885 0130 RR0001.
- Personal information provided by purchaser is used solely by The Brentwood Lottery for purposes of ticket validation.
- The following persons are prohibited from purchasing tickets in the Brentwood Home, Auto, Cash and Vacation Lottery XIX (Pursuant to AGCO Regulations): Brentwood Board of Directors, employees of Charity House {Windsor} o/a Brentwood Recovery Home, the Brentwood Fund for the Rehabilitation of Alcoholics, employees of Deloitte & Touche, including their immediate families living at the same residence.
- All 3- pack tickets must contain the same name and mailing address on each ticket.
- Prize{s} will be awarded to the ticket holder named on the ticket stub.
- In the case of shared tickets, it will be the responsibility of the Ticket Holder to allocate the prize as necessary.
